Step 1: Business Development & Customer Service
- Respond to customers' requests for new project development.
- Analyse product specifications.
- Generate quotations for customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions.
Step 2: Production/Quality Planning
- Preparations of raw materials and pre-heat process.
- Mould setup and machine adjustments.
- Start trial production.
- QA inspects the first shot/piece produced for
appearance, dimension, fitting etc.
- QA approves or rejects the shot/piece produced.
- If approved, the actual production starts.
Step 3: Mass Production.
- Output from the actual production go through
100% visual inspections, rework/sorting.
Step 4: Production Inspections.
- In process sampling inspections for dimension and
appearance carried out every two hours.
- Trouble shooting, adjustment of machine if problem
found.
- Affected parts reworked/sorted.
Step 5: Packaging.
- Quantity of the produced parts/goods be calculated
and recorded.
- The parts/goods will be packed into cartons/boxes.
Step 6: Outgoing QA Inspections.
- QA Inspector perform sampling inspections.
- Parts/goods approved by QA Inspector based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) will be transferred to the store.
- Rejected parts quarantined, reworked & reinspected until accepted.
Step 7: Store / Delivery
- Organised & store parts.
- Preparation of delivery according to customers'
schedule.
